Come join us at NoBe Yoga for a Magical afternoon of shared wisdom, healing, heart connection and guided meditation ♡
Damaris “the Muse” Cruz, will be guiding us on a wonderful journey with an inspired talk as an intuitive channel where she connects to Spirit and delivers messages pertaining specifically to the audience present.
Through the wisdom shared comes Divine healing energy that flushes everyone at deep subconscious levels, aligning them to their own Soul and helping them let go of limiting layers of consciousness, leaving them more open to receive wonderful things into their lives, including abundance and healthy relationships.
These gatherings promote mind expansion, light-hearted JOY, deeper connection to Source, emPOWERment & open-hearted Presence.
There will be a guided meditation using Yoga Nidra techniques to conclude the evening in an extended Savasana.
