Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in one's body as well as to restore physical and emotional well-being. This is a form of counseling which utilizes intuition to uncover what the client senses, but may not be consciously aware of, guiding them deeper into the unconscious layers of stored emotions to bring to light what needs to be released.

Meditation is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. With Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), you practice complete surrender, going into a restorative state of deep consciousness. The entire mind & body can be transfigured and healed.
Quantum BodyWork
This kind of bodywork treats the person in a multi-dimensional way. It heals the body, energy, emotions, thinking and Spirit as interrelated components. At a deeper level, all is energy & vibration, and touch with intention transmutes shadow while activating light at higher frequencies.
